Zalkin screw capping, sealing and push-on capping turrets are chosen by most major filling machines manufacturers to be integrated in their monoblock. Often combined with waterfall type elevators, cap dedusting and sterilization devices by means of uv lamp, Zalkin turrets meet the increasing requirements for speed up to 70,000 bottles an hour, and makes packing lines more compact.
