The ZC line inspection machine.

Can accept an on-line infeed of the bottles by an automated sampling system or accept an off-line infeed of bottles manually loaded into  the system with 3 stations (torque, weight and leak test).
Automatically report the results of the analysis and the statistical processing of the measurements (curves, follow ups, machine capabilities,…), the results are correlated with each individual capping head and with each individual filling valve.
Can optimize your production costs, via preventive alarms by detecting and tracking drifts in your process variables before any loss in productions occurs.


The ZC line inspector is a stainless steel machine designed for an industrial environment. It can be integrated into a bottling line or as an independent system, it can handle multiple bottle formats, glass , pet, Aluminium bottles, and cans. Machine is designed for easy cleaning. It has traceability of the batches, anticipated detection of the faulty bottles, and optimized maintenance operations.

Removal torque control module.

Parameterizable cycles to measure,
v     Removal torque(non destructive test)
v     Or the bridge breaking torque (destructive test)
v     Or the stripping of over-screwing torque (destructive test)
Can pick up with jaws or chucks. Data correlated to each individual head of the screw capper.
Weight control module with metrology scale. Control of the bottles weight correlated to each individual filling valve.
Leak test control module. This module pressurizes the bottle inner part to measure the pressure level to enable the detection of the leak in the seal of the cap.
This measure is essential for the carbonated beverages, maximum pressure test is 16 bar.


Integrated supervising system.

The cycle programming the quality follow up and the statistical data processing are accessed via an embedded touch screen. This interface is user friendly and efficient. The measurements are stored in the database of the embedded industrial pc.
